RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We offer returns and exchanges within the following conditions:
- Returns or exchanges are honoured up to 14 days from purchase.
- Returns and exchanges can be made through our Returns Center. You can access it by scrolling to the bottom of this page and clicking 'returns' under the Customer Service section or by clicking here.
- Enter your purchase's email address and order number and follow the returns process. If you have any issues with this process, please contact [email protected]
- All item(s) must be unworn, have the original tags, and be returned in their original condition. Underwear and socks cannot be exchanged or returned.
- All items purchased on Sale or on promotion are a final sale, other than those that fall within our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act.
- If your purchase is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to find a remedy within a reasonable time frame.
